Product availability & quantity

All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance of such orders by us. If we do not have the desired product to fulfill your order, we will notify you by telephone or email. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Kindly go through our Pre-Order in FAQ’s tab to get more information. If you cannot find the product, you saw earlier on our website, please contact customer service team or email us on info@rarever.com

Returns & Exchanges

Rarever Fine Jewellery guarantees your complete satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer full refund or an exchange. Please contact our customer service team by emailing on info@rarever.com. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 2 working days.

Items excluded from Returns*

  • Bespoke Designs (other than advertised) will not eligible for refund. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the dispatch.
  • The jewellery which is not engraved, bespoke or resized.
How do I return an item?

Kindly inform us that you would like to return an order by sending us an email at info@rarever.com and we will be happy to assist you with the procedure.

Return Procedure
 

Please contact us within 14 days from your order receipt date to request a refund. From this point, you should have an additional 14 days to return your unwanted purchase to us. You can return your order to us via Courier or simply drop it off at our London store.

For all returns, kindly ensure:

  1. All originals tags and labels are in place and have not, at any point, been removed from the product.
  2. The product is unused, free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that could prohibit it from being re-sold, i.e. unused and in the same condition in which it was received, together with your proof of purchase.
  3. All instructions, guarantees and pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Rarever shipping box together with the proof of purchase.
Refunds

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed. The funds will be credited to the original payment method used. Orders placed with Finance will also be cancelled within 14 days of the cancellation request.

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection; we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should you choose to return the product via post.

Personalized services

Personalization services (for example engraving) or other services may be available on a selection of products. If you wish to have your product personalized, please provide the details at appropriate pages of the website as requested.

We reserve the right to withhold or refuse acceptance of any order for personalized products, or with a message card, that contains language that is objectionable, unlawful or contrary to our policies. You are responsible for ensuring that any wording you provide for personalizing products is correct. In addition, orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once accepted by us, as such products have been personalized and made to your bespoke specifications and cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund.

Prices, Taxes & Shipping Costs

All prices shown on the product pages of the website or quoted by the Rarever team include VAT

The applicable currency will be updated based on the shipping destination after you provide us with the delivery address and will be shown in your shopping bag before you place your order. Kindly check updated prices and currency carefully.

All taxes will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped.

Delivery

At Rarever Fine Jewellery, we endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Kindly allow a period of 48 hours for the dispatch. During busy days like Christmas festive season and public holidays, the delivery period might get longer. Delivery details and tracking numbers will be provided in your order email. Please note that for security purposes, all deliveries will require a signature by an adult recepient. Kindly make sure that someone will be present at the delivery address.

If, for any reason you are not present, the courier agent will leave a missed delivery card. Please contact our client services to facilitate a re-delivery. Alternatively you may contact the courier directly to re-arrange a delivery on a day most suitable for you.

In case you wish to pick your order personally, we will be delighted to welcome you to our London - Mayfair store to collect your online order. Simply select 'collect in store' during secure checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID upon collection.

If you would like someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact Client Services stating your order number and the name of the person collecting. For security, the nominated person must present a copy of your order confirmation and their valid photo ID upon collection.

Feel free to visit our store at a time most suitable to you. However, we request you to take an appointment with one of our Jewellery experts and we guarantee you with a perfectly tailored service free from interruptions. Please visit “Book an appointment” to request your preferred date and time with us.

Product Sizing

How can I find out what ring size I need?

Please contact Client services to request a complimentary ring sizer. Please note that our ring sizers act as a guide and are not as accurate as being measured in person. If the size is not quite right once you receive your ring, we will be happy to assist with an exchange or complimentary re-size within three months of purchase. Please note that not all styles can be re-sized, most can be re-sized within two sized up or down.

The best way to measure your ring size is to measure the inner diameter of your own existing ring and match the measurement (in mm) to the size chart below:

Jewellery Care
Handwash, perfumes, chlorine, detergents, and oils can all cause tarnishing and damage to the surface finish. Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on any jewellery.

If jewellery comes in to contact with water gently dry with a soft cloth to avoid risk of tarnishing. Gold-plated jewellery can be cleaned with warm soapy water. Then rinse thoroughly and dry well.

Do not wear jewellery whilst swimming, bathing, showering, doing household tasks or whilst exercising.

Brighten up your piece by using a soft cleaning cloth.

Store your jewellery separately, so it doesn’t rub and scratch against each other.

Do not store jewellery in a place where it could get damp or hot as it will cause the jewellery to tarnish. Jewellery boxes are a good place to store your jewellery.

Yes. We endeavor to give our customers a long lasting experience with every purchase made. Customization in the form of engraving and others are available in most of the products. We also specialize in bespoke manufacturing to ensure that the perfect design is made for the special moments.
After the successful online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. In case you do not receive the email, kindly check your junk or spam folders. Else contact us via our contact details and we will help you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that a non-refundable surcharge of 2.55% is applicable when you select the American Ecpress card to make a purchase. We accept all major methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Maestro, Electron, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amex.
We will be delighted to advice you over the phone. However, to ensure maximum security, the purchase cannot be made over the phone and must be made through the website or personally at our Mayfair store.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please contact is via email or phone, and we will look over the concern. Alternatively, you can track your order via Royal Mail Tracking.

After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the same email, you will find your tracking number. You can track your order through the following options.

Pre-Orders
Products which are currently out of stock on our website can be made available by placing an order over the telephone. We will provide you a quote for the particular product and guide you how to confirm the order.
The shipment of a pre-order item will depend on the availability of the unique materials as we use some rare shape of diamonds in our creations. A rough estimate of 4-5 weeks for bespoke designs and all the relevant information shall be mentioned in the order confirmation emails. We will try our best to ship the product as early as possible.
A written confirmation is required from your end within 48 hours of purchase, mentioning the reason for cancel of the order.
